I’m a regular customer but after receiving a fake Qaed Al Fursan from this store, I sent them two emails with the snapshots of Original Qaed Al Fursan and the fake one they sent me, the store didn’t bother to reply. I bought Qaed Al Fursan because I really loved it, the fragrance of the original one lasts for days, of course not on your skin but if you spray on a cloth or carpet. After purchasing Qaed Al Fursan from this store I didn’t open the package because I still had the old one. A few days back, I decided to open the Qaed Al Fursan, and when used it I could smell spirit more than the actual fragrance. It felt like cheap fake stuff and turned out to be a cheap fake stuff because the fragrance didn’t last even couple hours. I wish they were located in my city so I could take the real and fake into their store to embarrass them to cheat their customers and then shamelessly ignore the emails!!! Extremely lousy attitude, and matter of fact I know that they read the messages because after my first order I forgot to put my apartment number and I sent them a message and they replied it quickly and updated my address before shipping the order!!! Let’s see if they ignore this review or decide to do something about their fake merchandise they sent me!!!
