Returns & Refunds

Because perfumes are personal-care items, all sales on fragrances are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on perfumes. This is standard practice for fragrance retailers and helps us keep our prices low.

Wrong item shipped?

If we shipped you the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us at orders@al-rashad.com and we’ll take care of it.

Damaged in transit?

We package every order carefully, so damage is rare. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can file a shipping insurance claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
