I took a chance on this since I don't normally like rose scents as they are usually too heavy. This is not heavy at all. It's very true to the description and very layered. You get hit with the rose as soon as you put it on. As it settles, you get some sharp notes of Jasmine but also some clean, powdery notes of the musk. It's very much a rose based perfume with a hint of Jasmine but the musk keeps it light. Despite the strong floral notes, it's not heady or heavy. The scent itself is very light and fresh. It lasted for a few hours on me. Once it fully settled the scent was much more creamy and powdery. It wasn't overpowering at all. Overall, nice perfume with good longevity. If you like perfumes with true rose based scents, you will like this.
