My order has not shipped out and has not been fulfilled. i was told that my order was being prepared. this order was placed Aug 24th. i reached out 4 times and i have not gotten a satifactory response. this was my first time ordering from this company and i will not order again or refer them to anyone. I asked for a refund since the order was not furfilled and of course no response. took my hard earned money and now play like it was filled 14 days ago.
