Miswak is a natural chewing stick taken from the roots of Slavadora Persica (also known as Arak Tree). The simple name of Arak Tree in Urdu is Peelu. Excellent mA

These holders are excellent. I wanted to carry Miswak with me at all times but i would struggle as it would get really dry and it would hurt me when I would use it and also if i kept it out mold could grow on it. This solves BOTH those problems as it keeps its just moist enough that its usable but not moldy and disgusting, and I cane asily carry it in my pocket everywhere I go. It'a a game changer bro.

I had never heard of miswak before. Accidently I discovered miswak when I was looking in the web for a bamboo toothbrush, and I decided to give it a try. At first I ordered 3 miswaks with in blue package with the holder which I am reviewing now. I am using them now for about 3 weeks. Each miswak lasts more than a week (I cut and discard the used part after using it a couple of times). I have to say that I really like it! Once you peel off the outside part, the inside bristles are hard at the first brushing but they get much softer at the second brushing. At the end of the youtube video titled How to use miswak , the person says that the miswak has an acid. Personally I do not feel the acid. The reason that I like them is because it is a very natural way to brush your teeth and it forces you to pay more attention to your teeth that you pay with a toothbrush (because it is more convenient to clean each teeth individually). It is intended to be used without toothpaste but I can use it with toothpaste as well. I have noticed that my teeth look whiter after using them mainly without toothpaste for 3 weeks now (but it may have to do with the fact that I pay more attention to them now). I have also ordered and received the miswak in the silver package but I have not used it yet. Once I will use it I can write a review about that too, because I could not find anywhere in the web a description of the difference between the two packages (in English). Again, I highly recommend this product to all people who like to use natural products and they are open minded. The service of Al-Rashad books sending me the miswaks was excellent! They arrived immediately!

The Miswaks are very good to keep the teeth clean and the gum healthy. Perfect is the Pen Shaped Holder to clean up the in use Miswaks. I'm very glad, that I did find this page with all this fine articles, who help enhance cleanness.
