Missing order

Help!!! UPS said my package is missing. They stopped providing updates since Dec 6th. I have tried reaching you via email but you are not responding. This was supposed to be my first purchase but now it is leaving a bad taste. The items in that order are Christmas gifts and UPS’ investigation will end after Christmas, I am so upset. Please reach out to me.

I left a comment before about UPS misplacing my package and being so nonchalant about it. I was able to find the form and fill it and another order is being shipped out!!! I am so excited! Thank you Al-Rashad! Customer service is over the roof. Ps: I had to come back to edit this comment because, this was just too wonderful. When I get the package, I will be sure to leave honest reviews about the product

XOXO reminds me of three, other fragrances: Lolita Lempicka with its anise/licorice note, Gucci Rush with its dry chypre, soft patchouli vibe, and Betsey Johnson coming in with fresh fruit and soft musk. Nuvo XOXO is like a graceful combo of these, but definitely on the "light" side. I have to spray more than I normally do, but for the price I don't mind. Sillage is moderate, longevity is pretty good at about 6-8 hours. Nice for cool-weather days.
